I was wondering if anyone had set up their 9012DC with ozone and if you could walk me through it. I'm just not sure that the skimmer would pull enough air to just run the airline straight from the ozone generator.

You would need an air pump. You install a t, one end is left open, the other end is attached to the ozonizer with a roughly 200-250 l/hr air pump. The t lets any surplus escape and lets excess in. The ozone dose needs to be low. Keep in mind ozone is dangerous and a skimmer tends to be a mediocre reactor, this would only provide clarity and not sterilization or a major redox gain, for that you need ideally a dedicated pressurized reactor.
