Abyzz 200 - "COMM FU"

Hi All,
I have a Abyzz 200 currently being used a return pump setup, pump itself is great however over the pass week it is shutting down for a second or two and restarting.

When it first shuts down its status goes to "COMM FU".
The "COMM FU!" error on an Abyzz A200 indicates that communication with the control unit has failed.

Just wondering if anyone has experience with this and can spare what the actual problem is.

This is plugged into a Neptune power board.
- I have tried plugging it into a direct power plug, some problem occurs
- I have cleaned the pump, same problem occurs
- I have discounted power lead and communication cable between pump and controller, same problem occurs.
- I have tried contact cleaner of plugs

I have sent a email to Abyzz, awaiting reply.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have 2 pumps on the system, abyzz used for main return as I couldn’t achieve 3000ltr/hr with Neptune pump originally purchased.
2nd pump is the Neptune pump which is now used to feed manifold for chiller and reactor.
The way the manifold system is setup both pump lines and to joined.
The abyzz pump works fine it seems to be issue with the abyzz controller.
Hopefully get some news from abyzz today.

Have you sorted it? I’m about to order A200 IPU with connection to GHL… before only had multiple Red Dragon pumps from Royal Exclusive… I hope it will not disappoint me…

I guess it will be an overkill for my 150G, but runing pump at lower wattage is a good thing…
