I would say it is too much as much as I would love to sell it to you 😁. This pump will go to 4800Gph not in boost mode (6200 in boost mode). It is however variable speed and will do 1% increments
Also, this is the A400 so it is pretty big. It will also pump up to 45 feet.

In my opinion you should see if you can find an A200 or look at the Red Dragon pumps if you are looking for high end ultra reliable pumps.

I hope this helps.

THANK YOU SO MUCH for your information.

As a newbie in this hobby ... I really don't know much!

Please help me to select the RIGHT pump, the right equipment at the first time: Red Dragon 5 ECO 200 Watt 13.0m³ (3500 GPH) is ok for my system? I also like the A200 IPU too, and which one is good for me ?

My main tank: 60" x 40" x 18" (I will take them 3 month to build, and I should have it by April) and the sump is 48" x 24" x 14".

I appreciate for all of your help.

You should start a thread asking for help in the equipment section and then the whole community can chime in.
Be specific what you are looking for, list your requirements and describe you setup (or post pictures)

FYI I have the Red Dragon 5 ECO 200 Watt. I have a 350 gallon total system volume and my sump is 27 feet away from my sump in the basement.

Love it. I feel the Abyzz was better, certainly quieter (sound is not an issue for me) but the Red Dragons are awesome too. You cannot go wrong.

The community can suggest a lot of options if you create a post.

I only switched to Red Dragon because I redid my backend setup and went form a 20" sump to a 16". The A400 was just too tall.

Thank You so much ...

I think I will go with the Red Dragon: Red Dragon® 5 ECO pump 200 Watt / 19,0m³ = 5000 GAL.

You have a great day,
