hello, I have a new Acantho where a small what appears to be a puncture one, but the coral looks healthy. Is there anything to worry about?

Not if it looks healthy; just leave it alone for a few weeks and see how it adjusts :)

I'm mainly going off of how your coral seems to be showing great color and very healthy; I couldn't find the skeleton piece that you were referring to. But take immediate action if the coral is clearly stressed because of it. If you move it unecessarily, then that can amplify the avoidable stress upon it secondary to the skeleton sticking through it. 👍
