Accidentally left carbon in my aquarium when I dosed flucanonazole

I accidentally left my carbon in my aquarium when I put my fluconazole in my tank to kill bryopsis it the carbon stayed in my tank all day till I realized and took it out do I redose flucanozole?

Im inclined to believe the carbon removed a good amount of it. However, overdosing could be a risk so I would wait at least a week and see if any bryopsis dies off, indicating that the first dose was sufficient and not removed by the carbon
