I just received two fish from different salinities (31.5 & 24.1). My original plan was to match my QT to the salinity they arrived in and then over the QT period slowly adjust it to match my DT.
I'm dripping them separately now. Would it make sense to split the difference and keep them around 28? My understanding is that fish can go down in salinity much easier than they can go up.
Other than taking my time with the drip acclimation does anyone have any other suggestions on how to proceed?
