Acclimation to higher par time-frame between moves?

In your opinion, how long should you take before moving corals into higher par? IK some context matters like type of light, coral type, system age, system nutrients, etc.. I think it would be better to just vote in general. If you think some type of context matters enough, please comment below.
 
How much higher? A move of 2% is different than one of 50%
Yeah, that’s another contextual question. Like do you prefer going from say 60 to 180 is the way or 60 to 90, then to 120, then 150 and another to 180. I think that’s something to add. If I could edit to multiple votes and have people voting once for time frame and once for how much of par jumped would’ve been better.
