Acro red bugs treatment

I am 90% sure I have red bugs on a new acro I picked up not too long ago. For some background I purchased 4 acros and 3 are doing very well, one hasn't had any polyp extension and has tips which are bleaching. I used a flashlight on the coral last night and saw about a dozen little orange specks running around on it, so far none of the other acros seem to be affected but it shouldn't be too long before they migrate. I plan on dipping the coral to give it some relief and getting a yellowtail damsel to help potentially manage them. What can I do as a solution long term. Is interceptor the only options? Thanks.

My experience with Interceptor is I wouldn't hesitate to use it again. Contributing factors to consider is live stock. Shrimp, crabs, hermits, pods and bristle worms will likely perish.
Interceptor is hard to acquire.
On a positive note, you will see increased PE on all SPS. Water clarity is noticeably improved and film algae is decreased.
The treatment is fairly benign, medicate, wait. Perform water change and use new charcoal.

I did the dip about 40+ dots came off, I also found about 5 worms that look almost identical to the 2nd picture(not my image btw). Any idea what these could be?

I wouldn't dip there's risk you won't get some that stay in the tank by the bases. I would do an interceptor dose per the threads on this forum without a second thought. You can buy some from Canada in case you have problems sourcing it from a vet. If you go through a vet, either have a good relationship or bring supporting papers to prove you are really using it for the tank.

I already did the dip, will look into getting interceptor soon :)

Idk what the rules are for posting links and such to products, but this is a good link to start with. Some of the boxes look different, so pay attention to the dosing amount. It is a lower risk treatment, but can kill/stun snails and crabs. Personally, I didn't lose anything when dosing, but no tank is the same.

Edit: It will kill a lot of your pods.
