Hi,

Can I have an ID for these acroporas? I'm looking for the latin name.
Thank you very much.

I'm sure it's not Acropora tenius. Corallites are way different from my acroporas.

A. Austera or Tortusa is as close as I can get. It has the dome corallite structure. In the image the piece looks red, or pink.

The polys look right for Tortuosa. Everyone is used to the blue and green variants. Not my image.

Where did you get the piece?

This is a frag of the second coral in the original post. The mother colony is not as green as the frag, but has some green on it.
I got both acros at my LFS and they are both maricultured pieces.
I'll try to get decent pictures with a dslr to see if I can get true colors.

My bad I think you guys are right.
It seams after I got rid off all the SPS I got rid of the knowledge as well.
Maybe time for another change as well.

The solution is to stock again for SPS, knowledge will come or maybe not but your tank will be even prettier [emoji23]

Criminal is if I kept all these pieces and wouldn't give them the care they should receive.
