Hello I am trying to understand if my acro is dying, stressed or simply growing. This is my first acro, and I’m still relatively new ( just under a year) in the hobby.

Are you referring to the white at the tips? If so, that is new growth. It's hard to tell in that picture though due it being so blue. The pocillopora on the left side looks to have new growth on the tips. The acro appears the same.

I have to respectfully disagree. I’m no SPS expert but to me it looks like tissue regression unfortunately.

Thank you for responding. It’s more so just below the tip

I turned my par down due to algae growth on the rocks. My phos was a little high a week ago but now that is in check. Everything else is right where it should be according to my LFS. I had it tested Sunday and today I noticed to tissue issue
