I have a 3/8" acrylic lid and need to create a couple slots for wavemaker cords. Has anyone had any experience drilling or using a Dremel to do this? Wondering what the best technique would be.

try using a MP40 or similar that has cords on the outside. Then you don’t have to drill

I would reach out to who made the lid. I’m sure they’ve been asked before. I would think a dremel would work fine though.

Thanks all. I gave it a shot with the Dremel and it worked out pretty well.
