So I just got some acrylic cut for my C2C overflow today. I want minimal silicone in the tank. How does one purpose a solution? Also ge II silicone is not good for reefree right? It's says mold free I'm guessing it will leach chemicals? But if it's fully cured will it still? Siliconing baffles in for sump is why I'm asking. Got 3 baffles in and forgot the step to read the bottle.... any advise will be highly appreciated. Thank you guys

I know on that ge II silicone it does say not for marine use. You can get silicone from brs for cheap or probably even your lfs carries some.

Nice. As I went with a heavy duty black I don't want any clear silicone in my tank I just waited for the order. Now it's all in action. I could see the $3 clear loctite would be a great budget buy. I've roamed our dollar stores. Thanks for the post :)

Weld on. Something that came from the local acrylic shop and our lfs uses. I'd have to look when I get home to see exactly. What type
