Acrylic snap tiles

Has anyone tried these snap tiles for fragging or grow out? They look like they would be very nice in a tank to grow out on because of how unobtrusive they are, unlike a big bulky ceramic tile. But was wondering if the coral will encrust well on it.

I've actually made something very similar to these myself with white acrylic. I have a chalice that's getting close to entrusting on it. Ill let you know how it does once it grows a bit more.
