acrylic tank scratches from salt?

I'm about to get an acrylic tank but I hear it scratches very easily. With my glass tank, I will clean the exterior of the tank with an aquarium-safe cleaning solution and microfiber towel. At times, there will be salt outside the tank and it's easy to just wipe off with my glass tank.

Has anyone had an issue where they've scratched their acrylic tank with the dried up salt when wiping the exterior of the tank?

No, I haven’t found it to be susceptible to scratching from dried salt creep.
