Adding a second clownfish?

I have had an Ocellaris Clown for a couple months now and he is probably about two inches. Would I still be able to add another clownfish in with him and not have any issues. If so, does it need to be a certain type or size?

Yes, you can add another one. Note that they’ll likely fight for a day or two until they establish the pecking order.

You can add another one, I hear that it is better when the second one u add is a slightly smaller than the original one, that will prevent fights but as EmdeReef said some times they may fight a little bit for a day or two before get used to . I have 2 right now in my 92 gallon and 2 on my biocube and i don't have issues they get along very well in both tanks...

No you can pretty much mix up any, although I've found best not to mix maroon clowns with any other.

yup, you can mix. and regardless of size, they will probably fight out dominance anyhow.

Look for another smaller one or larger one, should not go with the same size, the dominant one will be the female, same size could end up with loss

At your clowns size smaller would be best to add, and not just smaller than what you have, but no more than an inch and a quarter to assure it is still male.

Ocellaris can be mixed w/ percula fairly easy, would not try mixing any other species.
