do I need an additional module or can I just plug straight into the head unit?

Also, will I have to add/ turn on the probe in fusion to see the second temp probe?

Thanks.

Is there another port in the head unit, to plug in a second temperature probe?

No, there isn’t.

Would need another module.

I think the PM1 and PM2 modules have ports for temp probes, not sure about the Fusion question.

When you add a module that has a temp probe jack, that temp display is then available on the Apex dashboard.

I suggested years ago that Neptune should make a module with multiple temp ports on it. There are many useful applications for multiple temp probes and it’s annoying to have to buy modules that only add a single extra.

Your suggestion would only be reasonable if Neptune also offered temp probes of assorted cable lengths, or offered temp probe extension cables. I have 5 temp probes on my system, and only 2 of them would currently reach the same module you are suggesting.

Easy enough to patch in an extension. I’ve done it on a couple.

Added a pm2 and temp probe. Added the module and updated everything. Placed second probe next to first prove to calibrate them. Second probe was .3 lower than first. Both reading the same now and moved my second to frag tank. Everything looks good now and was fairly simple to get going. M

Thanks for the help gents.
