so if you have a pair of ocellaris clowns that are established in a 220, said pair are hosting an LT nem, and you acquire 2 more ocellaris clowns, what will happen if I add them to the same tank? it is a 220g tank so there is room. research is kinda all over the place with good and bad sides? thanks in advance

If you have a dominant female, expect some squabbling or even bullying

Research is all over the place because sometimes it works, and most times it doesn't. The few times it works is because there are physical barriers, like a big rock structure the prevents the two pairs from seeing each other, assuming both pairs have host anemones. And the tank is huge.

Most times it ends up with one pair being the dominant pair and the two new clowns not pairing up but instead get bullied, as @vetteguy53081 mentioned
