Adding UV Lights to tank

I've been doing research on coral colors and have read so many people on threads that are using UV in their LED setup. I have two radion gen 2 lights over my tank and just not happy with colors I'm getting out of my chalices (can't tell with sticks yet since i just added my first 2 after a few months after an accident) Is there a way to add UV to the tank?

You could build your own rapidled kit and retro fit it

Edit: Or just add 2 t5 bulbs. <---Id go with that

I think what you mean is added actinic lighting to bring out more colors from your corals. The bluer spectrum will help bring in more color. Can you not adjust the radions to do this?

I'm running the radiant colors program but I see so many people using their own setup and I'm not too knowledgable about LEDs, I just keep hearing UV is a big component to corals growing and coloring, and I run the regular Gen 2.

Anyone who has a kick butt program feel free to shed some light on this to me!

The radions should be giving you the correct spectrum of lighting for coral growth. Don't get too hung up on color think about what these corals need.

Okay, thank you I guess I'll stick with the program it's on now!
