hello, I have a question, return pump 3000 / L is functional for a 380 liters tank ?.
the tank has to overflow

I think that pump is a little undersized for your tank. The max L/h is less than 10x your water volume and that's with 0 head height factored in. If you're looking for very slow flow in your sump it might be alright but you'll need a lot of flow from wavemakers/pumps in your tank.

Get another Jebao wp-40. You don't want high flow through your sump because it can cause other problems. I use 2 wp-40s in my 250 liter tank. I have them set to take turns running one at a time. In a 380 liter tank you will probably have both running, depending on the coral inhabitant's flow requirements.

Check out their new rw line before you buy another wp. I have a wp 25 in my 30g and just added two rw-8's to replace the hydors I had on wavemaker. I was really happy with the wp until I got the rw's. It's a much better pump. I'm now considering getting a third to replace the wp...

Also, I'd consider getting a bigger return. You can always dial it back a little with a ball valve if it's too much, but most folks run a little higher volume through their sump.
