Advice Please
I have a 10g half moon shaped tank I'm going to use for frags.

Need advice on a light to buy that can be programmed to come on automatically for sun up thru dusk

Thank you in advance

Have you looked at @noopsyche lights? The k7 mini is affordable and more than enough for a 10g. Best of luck :)

Honestly, it was my hospital tank but gonna now use it for sinularia frags. Mine is so GINORMUS it's taking up 60% of tank & need to cut it back tremendously

$150ish lol
These options should all work but with the halfmoon shape you are more likely to have light spill with something like the noopsyche or smatfarms which are pendant style lights, but are a great low price option that should be good for any type of coral. 2x bar lights like ai blade, or even cheaper ones from 21ledusa should work as well. With the blade it does show good coverage for a lps or softy tank and 2 should be good for any type of coral given their par numbers. 2x 21ledusa bars will be best low budget and low profile solution if you dont want light spill or you just prefer the look of low profile better.

Should have asked before but how long and how wide is the tank?

If you want SPS and have that budget I'd go with a Noopsyche K7 V3...maybe slightly more expensive but the functions include being able to change each wavelength, having it on an automatic timer that you can set to change the wavelengths over whatever time increments you set, and it's just an all around high quality light. Idk if the others have this function or not...i have one of these on my 10 gallon and while it is overkill, i know its more than I'll ever need and can easily adjust with the remote which is convenient
