Hello! Back in the hobby after 3 years off. Got a duncan and it looked great for a week and now it won't extend. Zoa's and softies look good. Any advice would be appreciated=

1.025 / 78.4 temp
Alk 8.4 (Hannah)
Phosphate .1 (Hannah)
Cal 440 (red sea)
Nitrate test I can never tell if I'm doing right 0 or .01 (Nyos)
ph 8.1
I feed fish food and reef roids daily / red sea AB+ and aminos once a week.

Been dosing All for reef 3 mls a day. Before dosing my Alk was always around 7 and cal was around 350.
Haven't been able to shake new tank uglies and I brush off algae every week when I clean.

Red sea pro salt
65 gal tank, I change 5 gallons every weekend
gyre pumps / hydra 52 HD
8 fish
skimmer
turned off BRS reactor running carbon to try and keep phosphates up.

FYI I love BRS videos and have been doing my best to read Randy's articles. Why did I not pay attention in Chemistry class?!?!?! Thank you, Sean

Phosphates at 0.1 are fine, nitrate should be an integer, like 0 or 1 or 5 or 10.
Where's the duncan, maybe the lights too bright?
