Advice needed on reefsys 326

Have just upgraded from 60g all in one cube to a reefsys 326 which i use 1 ai prime 16hd on and want to continue using ai prime as i already have one so my question is how many primes do I need for predominantly lps.

Also looking for the best protien skimmer that will fit in the standard sump.

I am not sure the 16HD is a good choice for a 55cm (~31 inches) deep tank. You would need at least three, if not four and even then you won't get much PAR at the bottom of the tank.
Each 16HD can "cover" a 24"x24" area. Meaning it can light that size area, but the PAR is quite low outside say a 12x12 area. The PAR is only around 100uMol at 24 inches (60cm) and that would be directly under the light. At 30 inches (~55cm) you would get considerably less PAR.
The 16HD are meant for smaller, much shallower tanks.
