They don’t look completely dead and they may pull through?

The acan is not very promising, but the zoas seem to be still together, so they may surprise you.

Zoas could definitely pull through the acans not looking great but has a chance definitely worth the effort I had acan one time look worse than that and it pulled through good luck hope they make it

It looks like your just starting out from what I looked through your post. Getting the corals in this condition its hard to say, but also is not supposed to happen. Read a lot, and watch a lot of videos. Your tank looks very clear, which means your biom has not even started yet. Is that live rock? I am just suggesting setting expectations, things may explode shortly especially with 0 phos and nitrates. I lost 2 rounds of beginner corals due to toxic algae it took 4 months of battling dinos and diatoms before things started setting down and adding .5 watts UV per gallon @ 10gph per gallon. This takes a LOT of patience, but once things settle down, It is very gratifying to see success, if you keep with it.

That rock looks like aquascape cement, which is ok to use, but you need to add a kickstart to the biom, like live gravel. https://aquabiomics.com/order-supplements
