Thanks guys. @ReefFrenzy Larry, you know the struggle has been real for me on this build lol. I was supposed to have this up and running before last MACNA.

Both have their separate appeals. I personally gravitate towards a combo of the two. A few less bonsaiesk islands with larger overhangs/cantilevered shelves like above. You can't go wrong with either though.

When I first met Julian on the phone he was working for a company called JP Burleson and we both had more hair. In fact Julian had a Mullet in those days! I had one for a short time just to take pictures to remember that I once was young. LOL

What a great build. You must have quite the budget for this build.

Ok, I need some help with some aqua scaping.

I'm considering 3 islands that resembles bonsai like scaping.
What do you guys think of these and what would you prefer?

1.) Bonsai with holes for frags.

2.) Cemented bonsai scape without holes for more natural looks even when it's not filled.

3.) One long bonsai shape like this one?

so one long bonsai esk island right?

Where are you getting ME Coral products?

Many LFS carries them. If not, you can purchase directly from his site.

Overflow is now 100 percent constructed and two plates are now glued together with spacers inside.
