Anyone else have issues with the aftermarket rolls from Precision Converting tearing? I have the 50 micron rolls and a few days after installing a new roll, it ends up tearing as it advances. After trying two different rolls, I finally went back to a stock Red Sea roll and having no problems. Guessing I need to go with a lower micron if I continue to use the aftermarket rolls. Just curious if anyone else had the same experience.

Yep, they tear.

I found if Im super careful about keeping the rollers clean ( especially the assembly at the bottom) it helps.

It's certainly doable, but I have been thinking of switching back to OEM.

What micron are you using?
