Aggression from all fronts

So added a sleeper goby about 3 weeks ago. Since being added, the royal gramma would attack it when the goby got close to its den. Which is no surprise since grammas are territorial. But recently the coral banded shrimp and my female clown have joined in making the goby life difficult. At times the goby looks like a pinball swimming from one corner to the other. To top it off the goby only seems to eat brine shrimp out of a turkey baster. Would try to but some on the sand bed but ignores it. What can I do to make the goby stay more pleasant?. Do I separate the clown, shrimp and gramma to a separate tank? Return the goby, rearrange rocks.
Also what can I do with the goby eating habbits?

I would suggest rearranging the rocks for a start ...

Rearrangement is often a good solution as it changes/resets the territories. Adding something (pvc tube, new rock) might also give him a place to call home. Do it quickly, as if everyone is after him that kind of indicates that he is getting weak and that makes him a target for increased aggression. The fight is to limit competition. Weakness invites more aggression as they really want to win the fight for habitat.

I'd suggest returning the goby at this point.

Try rearranging the rock work and see if it changes things. If that doesn’t work, return the goby.

Thanks all I'll try to rearrange, and the pvc idea sounds good. As for returning the goby I've given my self a deadline. If I see no improvement I'll return the goby. Thanks all

What kind of sleeper goby? Most need a tank bigger than 25g. So with that in mind you should return it regardless of aggression.
