I run my settings off the RY channel. Run UV, V, B at 86% of RY and CW at 20% of the RY. As lights ramp up and down over the day it keeps the colors pretty consistent. (I do drop our CW to 0 when they're below ~3% based on the calculation).
So for example at peak my lights are:
RY = 142
UV = 122
V = 122
B = 122
CW = 28
I do have peaks and valleys, similar to the lighting schedule set up by David Saxby.
During one of the deeper valleys they hit:
RY = 80
UV, V, B = 69
CW = 16
I have red and green flat at 4% for much of the day... probably not for any good reason. Red is a good algae-growing spectrum and I think also captured in the CW LED's, so I keep that channel really low.
