So I’m at work and I’m trying to check in on my light from the app and I click on my device and it says BLE not connected. Does this mean my light is off and isn’t following my light schedule? And how can I control my light from anywhere else but home since it does ask for to turn in my Bluetooth but how does it stay connected when I’m not close by? Just got this light a couple of days ago so I’m still trying to learn!

You can't - it's bluetooth so you need to be within bluetooth range of your light.

Yes, once setup it will generally run until you change it (or something physically happens to the unit).
