On a 125 I would go with the hydra 52's or the 26. I'm currently using 2 primes on a 29 gallon just so I can get less shadowing.

What are the dimensions of the 125?

the length is 72 and the depth is either 18 or 22 i cant remeber. i just wanted to know beacuase the primes are cheaper and i could get more lights for the buck.

I think they are great little lights! I would recommend 6 of them for a 72" tank. I have 5 on mine, on a 60x22x18 and they grow everything. And I only have them on 70% with whites half of that... so there's more in them depending on what color spectrum you want to run. I have them around 15k. I should note, I also have the lights mounted as high as they will go on the brackets.

I know a lot of people complain about the published PAR numbers, but my PAR meter and coral tell a different story. Here's mine with 5 of the Primes:
