So I am in the middle of a water change and I have a AI Prime HD over the tank, it is a bluetooth model, I turn on my app and turn to my phone I go to the lighting schedule
1 min
5 min
etc
I turn the light on for 30 minutes I get the siphon in the tank and yeap 2 minutes later my phone starts to buffer and turns off the light, it is a dark room I cannot see I turn into a spazz and the siphon hose poops out and water on the floor.
So what make a good blue tooth connection and a bad one? the phone was 2 feet away from the light.
Thanks in advance

It shouldn't be buffering in bluetooth mode, sounds like a wifi issue. You sure you had it in bluetooth?

Sorry for the delay, this particular light is a bluetooth model.
Does Wi/Fi affect Bluetooth?

Hmm, odd. Bluetooth can travel pretty far, but not thru water well at all (I speak from the world of headphones for in the pool for lap swimming/training, at least). I'm confident the light was not submerged, tho :P Have you had any other issues with it? Is it a new light to you or 'established'? What do you mean by your phone starts to buffer? What kind of phone?

The AI Prime HD is been used for over a year, never submerged, I was simply doing a water change in the AM before the lights came on, so I wanted to use my phone to set the light on for 30 minutes, after 2 minutes the phone Samsung S24 started to buffer. The light went out, and the water went on the floor.
