AI Prime HD16 -CW Intensity over Lagoon Tank

I have an AI Prime HD 16 over a 25 dallon Lagoon mixed reef. Tank is 12" deep. Mounted with AI arm 9.5" inches over tank.

I have my white (CW) at 40% for 6 hours. What are recommendations for intensity and length?

I'm happy with color set up.
