7-8 hours total is good. I have mine come on at 10 ramp up to full intensity by 11 stay at full intensity till 5 then ramp down for an hour

all blue channels (v, uv, b, rb) max
Red and green 10 percent
White 30 percent (for me, you can add a little more or take away more white based off preferences.

and with you not having sps you can always decrease intensity in consistent increments

How deep is the tank? I have a few primes and a hydra over my 65 gallon with different par zones. The highest are in about 240 par and the lowest at about 75. Some Zoas like it bright and some don’t.

There seems to be a lot of white in the tank in those pics. I’d play around with dropping the white intensity or as I said dropping all channels the same percentage
I just turn it on for the picture. But I don’t know what to aim for in lighting.

That might be bcs they were stretching and I lowered the actual light bulb closer to the tank.

should it be 12 hours? Or 8 hour schedule ?
You can do 12-14hrs !BUT! it's should be 4hrs slow ramp up, 6hrs peak, 4hrs ramp down. All blue channels at 90-100%..... whites, red at less than 10%

You can do 12hrs !BUT! it's should be 4hrs slow ramp up, 6hrs peak, 4hrs ramp down. All blue channels at 90-100%..... whites, red at less than 10%

What percentages are each of your channels set at? I’m with Zoa what… really sounds like too much par. Most corals will expand and open more if they aren’t getting enough light. If you do move the light closer it’s going to make it way more intense.
