Anyone try the Dmitry setting for Hydra HDs? I downloaded it and think looks better to the human eye than AB+, but I’m really not how to assess its impact on coral. Maybe someone with more lightening knowledge can look at the settings for it and comment?

Absolutely. It looks wildly different. Watching the preview it starts out very blue but becomes quite 10k appearing, before shifting back to blue. Ab+ never looks nearly so crisp, it’s always blue. We need someone with a better technical understanding, because on the surface it looks very different, but I like it.

This guy has a few videos on you tube, none of them go into how he came to these settings. Some of his most recent videos looks like he is now running
Radions on his tank.
I'm still interest if anyone has some incite on this pattern.
Thanks.

I've recently posted a video with a 2022 take on the light spectrum that I was using now for 3 years. Served me well so far, I've come to this schedule trying to find the balance between what's good for me (aesthetics, looking at corals and fish) and what's good for corals (growth, pigmentation).
