Anybody using the AI Vegas. Today I went to do a firmware update. I did the update and unplugged my controller for the computer. I went back to where the aquarium is located and plugged it back into the wall and now the controller won't turn on. I contacted costumer service and got a voice Mail. For some reason my lights dimmed way down and I'm worried on how long it's going to take them to get back with me. I had to take my lights of the controller setting as they didn't stay on the setting I had them on and turn them back on manually from the lights which I do believe I have them on a 20% setting now. Any body have this trouble before? If so what did you do to fix it? I'm not comfortable leaving my lights on the settings they are on for very long

Yeah, the computer doesn't even recognize that the controller is plugged in now
