Aiptasia on GSP?

Does this look like aiptasia on our gsp? You can only see this at night once the gsp retracts for the evening. If it’s aiptasia recommendations on how to eradicate it? Would aiptasia x hurt the GSP?

Good photo. It looks too ‘thick’ to me to be Aiptasia. I’m sure someone here can tell you for certain. Best wishes.

I don’t see a mouth at the center of the tentacles so I think it would be some type of algae/sponge. Do the tentacles move with the current or are they rigid?

Aptasia look like a zoa light brown to a darker brown . They have the ability to pull there whole body into the hole they attach to. That is when you attack with super glue.
