So I have been fighting kh more than normal dosing tons trying to get levels up testing and dosing twice a day...
Past couple days I test and dont have to dose anything? Only thing different is I turned off the air purifier ( negative in generator ) that is in the animals room...
Would this air purifier be eating my kh from the water somehow?

No, an air purifier will have no effect on alkalinity.

How much alk, in dKH per day, are you dosing?

Not sure exact ammount ....
Alk has been dropping from 8-9 to 4-5 in 24 hrs if I dont dose kh past few months... i shut off the air purifier and i only have to dose once a day and kh dropped very little....
Air filter is basically ozone that is why I'm wondering if that would cause the issue

Nothing in the air can cause an alk drop, assuming it is breathable for you.

That's an excessive alk drop unless it is super stocked with rapidly growing hard corals.

It is likely due to precipitation. Is the sand hardening?

Here's my usual recommendation:

1. Stop all efforts to boost pH.
2. Stop dosing alk for a bit and let it decline.
3. Reduce pH by switching to a low pH alk mix like sodium bicarbonate, or a calcium organic such as Tropic Marin All for Reef.
4. Ensure magnesium is normal to high.
5. Keep organics and phosphate on the high side.

After a few days of not dosing alk, restart slowly, adding additives to a very high flow area so it mixes in fast.

It's a 40g tank with tons of euphilia...(about 50 heads of euphilia + other lps blastos,Wilson's, acans......)
I had a torch get brown jelly and a couple shrooms start bleaching so I started testing first thing i tested was alk it was low around 5 then I tested ph low around 7.6 calcium 440.... (salifert) I dont have mag kit and lfs was out... nitrate under 20, po4 under .25 (api kit)

20 years I have always had issues keeping all stable ( normal healthy tank)
I have never had any drop like this...
