Algae concerns

So here's a shot of all the algae. Sorry on a phone camera as don't own a good one. Also I just realized I got a free bottle of red sea no3/po4 reducer. I'm gonna try that as I tested nitrate when got home and has gone down since water change but still 10ppm. I scrubbed the rocks as much as I could to remove most the slime and also testing a small rock in peroxide as I read that could help too just didn't want do it to entire tank yet. If reducer doesn't help I'll go to the vodka. Thanx for all the helpful ideas guys
