Algae help

Hello, so I’ve been having a problem with algae in my 75 gal, first it was tons of brown slimy algae then long hair algae now it’s pretty much all turned to this red bubble lokking algae that carpets the rocks, any ideas on how to get everything clean, I know I need a better cuc and would like some recommendations but n the best for options thanks also best cuc for 15 gallon tanks
