Hi, so this is the stuff in full white spectrum. Might be most visible on the flipper. What is it?

It’s been like this for two weeks, not getting better or worse. Stones pretty clear but I think that is the clean up crew.
 
Looks like Dino’s to me. What are your Nitrates and Phosphate at?
