My guess is Byropsis. Do you have anymore pictures? I would make a new thread that list your tank, parameters, algae you are dealing with, for how long you have been dealing with it, and more general information about your tank

Looks like common hair algae to me.
Pinch it out with your fingers 2/3 times a week.
