Algae Identification

Does anyone recognize this type of algae? Originally had Dinos, and then killed them off slightly with h202 dosingNow this new bacteria is showing.

My parameters are the following:

8.2 pH
77 degrees
34 ppt salinity
2.5 ppl nitrate
480 ppm calcium
.10 ppm phosphate
8 dKH

Looks like a very new tank. I recommend just riding out the various "ugly algae" stages without adding chemicals...
