Algae removal question

Hello. I seem to have some type of green algae. To describe it, it’s tough, stringy, a bit hard to remove from the rocks. It’s kind of looks like Java moss
 
Pics under white lights would help a lot.
It could be bropsis. A Fluconazole treatment may be in order. Get a firm diagnosis first.
