Alk question

Ok so I am thinking of doing the 2 part dosing from brs, my question is, when is the best time to test my alk? Mid day or evening? I am pretty sure it fluctuates and I need to know which number to use for the calculator. Thanks in advance guys!!

I would just check it at which ever time you generally check it. Keep it the same straight across the board.
