Is this the version 3 quiet drive with free reagant?

it is version 2 with the quiet drive and it dose have a small bottle of reagent that is included.

I think you’re missing the point in some of these posts. You are asking for essentially full retail. Yes, it may be BMIB, but it is still second-hand and therefore doesn’t come with any warranty. You would be better off just returning the unit to where you bought it. If it has been too long since you bought it to return the product, I think that, unfortunately, you will have to take somewhat of a loss in selling it. (Given that there is now a version 3 available, I suspect that that is the case and that is what you now wish to get instead.....) It’s just the nature of the beast (and I speak from much personal experience in this regard).
