I’m setting up a new Alkatronic. I was having BT connectivity issues at first, now that appears behind me. But, I have gone through all the calibration steps but the PH probe ones. It won’t move past the screen I show below. It’s running tests every 2 hours now, and is within 0.1 of my Trident. But, what can I do about calibrating the PH probes. It just doesn’t want to move from that screen. The 4 PH button lights up now but nothing happens when I click it. Thoughts?

I assume you have the probe in the 7ph solution while that screen is showing? How long have you left there

Any luck? It's been a while since I've done mine, but I feel like I left the probe "soaking" in fluid for quite a while before pushing the button. But honestly, if it's giving consistent results- I wouldn't be too worried about it. I've just cleaned it and manually adjusted the calibration after each reagent batch to match the last batch/ hanna

I just rebooted it and left it. I didn’t calibrate the probe. It’s within 0.1 of my Apex. I’m going to try again later. This is my first Focustronic I have hooked up. I have 2 others to do this weekend. So let me ask you - 1) when I go to connect to the unit, on the screen on my phone it says offline and that it’s “cloud”. I don’t think I gave it my internet yet because I have Google mesh and I think my simplest option is to go buy a cheap butt 2.4 router for my fish room. I’m not a big network guy so. Other questions - Can I tell it not to dose if the PH > 8.5? Did you upgrade to “Gen 2”? Was it worth it? Do you put your waste back in your sump?

I’m having the same problem.

How did you fix it?
