Alkatronic replacement tubing cheaper alternative

here are the replacement tubing I bought and used on my alkatronic and these are same specs as the ones come with alkatronic, mine has been working file, once replaced, I calibrated pump A, C and ph probe and back in business, I hope this helps -

Thanks, I picked out my own tubing and I believe it was close but no cigar. I couldn't get the water to cavitate up the tube. I'm gonna order these and hopefully they do the trick because $50 is nuts for some little 2" pieces of silicone tubing. Coral Vue has them much cheaper than BRS but they are out of stock. 🤞🏻 Hopefully I can find the tubes you used. Thank you for sharing.

I do test every hour so tubes replacement reminders show up and I will be changing these tomorrow again and alkatronic has been working with no issues,

Great thanks! I found those tubes. One was delivered today, the 2nd tomorrow. I was a tad off with my sizing on the ones I had picked, I would imagine the size has to be perfect being such a sensitive piece of equipment. It's nice that we can buy it in such long lengths so replacing it in the future won't be an issue.

It's so funny with such an acute snapshot how your Alk trend looks like it's all over the place but it's really just bouncing around in a 0.4 dkh range. I love the Alkatronic, I'm so glad I have it! I'm getting ready to upgrade my WaterBox 110.4 to a 230.6. I can't wait!

alk trend looks like all of the place because it is testing every hour but swing is less than .5 and alkatronic dosing is adding correction dose,

Hi, do you know how long I should cut each hose for pumps C and A?

To be honest with you I had no luck using DIY hosing. Even though they were the exact same outer and inner diameter, I think the material they were made out of even though it was silicone and felt the same as the OEM hoses was just not the same. All I got was errors from my Alkatronic using DIY hosing. I finally just bit the bullet and bought the OEM replacements. Popped them in and it worked spot on. Just putting that out there.

did you calibrate the pumps after changing the hoses?

Did you use this tubing for the pumps or for the sample water / reagent tubing? Or both?
