Alkatronic Wifi Plug

The new Alkatronic no longer comes with the wifi plug. Can anyone with an alkatronic that has the wifi plug tell me the brand of it?

I was able to source one from someone not using theirs. works great! I do like the alkatronic but with support, they are not very responsive. But overall, the alkatronic is solid and paired with a calcium reactor makes it shine.

What kind of issues are you running into needing support, I see this often that it's taken care of through FB, which is not that good for me, hopefully the need for support is limited.

I just purchased and am waiting on the alk/dosetronic I use 2 part balling.

I'm not the most tech savvy when it comes to networking, but i will be reading and following directions, that's why I am more curious about new owner issues as they seem to pop up for most, and how they were dealt with.

No issues with my alkatronic. I had a ton of problems with the Mastertronic. took a long time and several new replacements to get it working and even then it wasn't all the great with No3 measurements. I ended up selling it. I also had the dostronic. Only problem I had required a reset of the SD card. That is usually the fix for all the problems. The alk/dos cobo is pretty solid. I no longer use the dosetronic because I went with a calcium reactor.

Make sure you calibrate correctly, It can cause a lot of problems if its not right. Also get a scale to mix the reagent. it's a 4 to 1 ratio. I usually cross check with my Hanna after making a new batch.
