Does anyone know how much to dose all for reef I got a 9 gallon tank I don’t want to dose to much it says 5ml for 26 gallons.

IMHO it is not an exact amount. If you dose about half that then you should be fine. Continue to test your parameters and then observe your coral and fish - they will lead the way.
 
have you measured alkalinity to be lower than your target alkalinity? That’s how to decide when to dose, and how much.
