Why is every single one of my hermit crabs in one place on my new zoanthid? This is really weird and I’ve never seen or heard id this before. (Pictures really bad because it’s my phone)

Put something dead in the corner.
Dinner bell, not usual IMM.

definitely something appetising in that area. I wouldn't worry so long as they aren't picking at the coral

My hermits sometimes do this too.

Apparently, this is a thing that SOME hermits do (not sure about the common ones in our hobby)

But various sizes get together, all take off their shells at the same time, and they would all take turns in the order of their size, and try each others' shells out to see if it fits them better.

Mine don't do this, but it's something they apparently do
