All probe values 'stuck'

I had my Apex unit disconnected for a few days. The probes were always in the water and never came out. When I hooked my Apex unit back up. Every single probe just reports the same value without fluctuation. So the tank is always 80 degrees. And the PH is always 7.8. And the ORP is always 400. And the Salinity is always 37.

Straight line on all values, all day long. I know for a fact my tank isn't that stable. What gives?

Check if the temperature increases if you touch the temperature probe with hand. If not, its surely not working as expected. Contact support
